The International Monetary Fund predicts that overall economic growth in Latin America in 2018 will be 1.9 percent, up from 1.2 percent in 2017. Meanwhile, IT industry analysts such as IDC anticipate aggressive Latin American investments in digital transformation including mobile computing, cloud computing, big data, business intelligence and analytics.
